Which website package is right for me?
Starter One-Pager ($997) is a sharp single page for a fast, credible presence. Business Multi-Page ($1,997) gives you Home, Services, About, and Contact. Growth Site + Lead System ($2,997) adds lead forms wired to where you actually work. Prices are plus applicable sales tax. Not sure? We’ll recommend one on the intro call.
How long until my site is live?
Most sites go live in 7 to 14 days, counted from your deposit and once we have your content (logo, photos, hours, and any changes). A one-pager is usually at the faster end; multi-page and growth sites take a bit longer. We’ll confirm your timeline on the intro call.
Do you offer web hosting?
Yes — managed hosting from Total Web Solutions, not DIY discount hosting. Every website we build comes with one. Shared plans are $75/mo (Starter), $125/mo (Business), and $199/mo (Pro): we set up and manage your hosting, you get SSL, email, and cPanel, and Total Web Solutions is your one point of contact for human support. Dedicated Launch is $299/mo and Dedicated Performance is $449/mo when you need isolated resources (setup can take longer). Hosting starts at launch, is billed monthly, and isn’t taxed.
Can I host it somewhere else?
Every site we build comes with Total Web Solutions managed hosting so we can keep it fast, secure, and monitored. If you’d rather host it yourself, that’s a one-time $500 added to the build price, and self-hosted sites don’t include our monitoring, backups, or fixes for problems caused by the other host. Hosting plans have a 12-month minimum, then go month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Leaving early costs an early termination fee equal to three months of hosting, or the remaining months if fewer, with no extra charge for your website. If you leave, we hand over your site files and help move your domain once all invoices are paid.
What happens after launch?
Your site keeps running on your Total Web Solutions managed hosting plan, and optional Site Care ($197/mo plus applicable sales tax, month-to-month with 30 days’ notice) covers updates, tweaks, and uptime checks. Need more leads? Add a local growth service when you’re ready.
What are the local growth add-ons?
Fixed-scope services that build on your website: Google Business Profile setup ($397 + optional $97/mo care), Local SEO Starter ($1,297), Lead Follow-Up Automations ($497 setup / $247/mo), Review Engine ($397 setup / $147/mo), and Simple Funnel ($997). Add one to a website package, or start with the piece that hurts most.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Refer a business, and when they sign on and pay their first invoice, they get their first month of hosting free. If you’re a Total Web Solutions hosting client, you get one free month of your own hosting for each referral — no limit, and credits stack. Not a client? You get a $50 gift card instead. Hosting credits have no cash value and end if you cancel hosting. Just have them mention you in the “Referred by” box on our contact form. Details.
